Made from a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, this Champagne evokes the typical character of our vineyard by hillsides and the power of the Pinots Noirs. The peaceful ageing of our cellars allows us to achieve a great complexity. As with all our vintages, the Brut Privilege is kept for three years, disgorging is carried out more accurately months before distribution to ensure perfect quality. This cuvee has a pale-yellow colour with fine, light bubbles. The nose is very delicate, marked by aromas of yellow fruits and white flowers, it leaves a sensation of delicately aerial. In the mouth, the lively and frank attack gives way to a deliciously fleshy sweetness, always supported by this beautiful vivacity. The finish on aniseed and liquorice notes provides the immediate desire to repeat this moment magical tasting experience. The finesse and freshness of the bubbles support the whole to give a remarkable length to this charming Champagne.
